| 摘 要： | 因数字电路BCD码-十进制译码器芯片74LS145内部逻辑电路图不够清楚,很多参考资料都没有明确说明其输出级4输入与非门是OC门,导致初学者应用时容易出错。本文结合教学工作中遇到的实际问题,进行了思考和研究,给出了具体的实验改进电路,供同行参考。

| Abstract: | Many reference data don't present definitely that export class four-input NAND logic gates is OC gates.It is mainly because the logic circuit in 74LS145 CMOS chip of digital circuits BCD-decimal encoder is vague.Therefore beginners easily make mistakes.This paper presents detailed experiment improvement circuit as some reference to craft brothers through study on the issue of teaching practice. |
