| 摘 要： | 创新型人才培养是新时期高职院校发展过程中亟待解决的新问题。通识教育以独特理念适应了创新型人才培养的需要，在高职院校创新型人才培养过程中发挥重要作用。在高职院校创新型人才培养体系的构建中，可适当融合通识教育理念，围绕创新型人才培养的目标体系、内容体系、评价体系、保障体系四个方面，进行科学、系统的规划和设计。

| Abstract: | Cultivation of innovative talents is of priority importance throughout the development of the technicalcollege education. General education could be the type for it to adapt to the needs of cultivating the innovativetalents, and the innovative talents cultivation, in return, could help to promote the develop the technical collegeeducation. Specifically, general education could be used, in terms of idea, to plan and design the talents cultivation onthe basis of the four systems, that is, the goal, content, evaluation, and security. |
