| 摘 要： | 通过对休闲体育的概念要素及分类标准的总结，认为从人所从事体育活动的目的和动机方面可以把休闲体育活动分为7类：健身塑形类、娱乐类、竞赛类、消遣放松类、社交类、探新寻奇类和寻求刺激类。
