| 摘 要： | 常熟市主要河道包括各城区河道和各乡区河道的非饮用水环境日趋恶化，主要污染指标绝大多数超标。从污染来源看，有工业、农业、生活、畜禽饲养、等方面，亟待解决，在此基础上，提出比较全面的防治措施和解决办法，以进一步提高人民生活水平。
