| 摘 要： | 目前,企业的发展离不开人力资源,人才的选、育、用、留更加受到各企业的普遍重视。企业大学管理与运营系统是人力资源管理体系的重要组成部分,其有效性是企业战略发展的关键所在。建立以培养高素质的管理干部队伍、专家骨干队伍为主的企业大学,是企业培养人才、传承文化、实现战略目标的重要保证。
