| 摘 要： | 随着高职院校的不断壮大和发展，加快实现高职院校辅导员的职业化，是完善辅导员队伍建设的必经之路。也是做好大学生思想政治教育工作的保障。在这一形势下，辅导员职业化显得十分必要。在我国，辅导员职业化有着一定的内涵，它是现代社会职业化发展的需要，是大学生思想政治教育的需要，是应对大学生问题的多样化的需要，是高职院校改革和发展的需要。辅导员职业化不仅是必要的．也是可行的。
