| 摘 要： | 高职院校牵头的职教集团对资源枯竭城市创建转型示范市具有巨大作用,主要体现在：解决后续劳动力技能培训问题,提升劳动力综合素质,以对接产业升级;促进校园文化、企业文化对接、共享,提升社会文化,促进社会转型,带动地方教育发展,促进社会转型。职教集团对创建转型示范市的实现途径和措施,主要是＂借东风＂、政府牵动、校企联动、抓好初期关键工作等。

| Abstract: | Vocational teaching group led by higher vocational colleges plays a great function for resource exhausted city to establish demonstrative city in transition.It mainly shows in such aspects as solving skill training problem of subsequent labor force,improving comprehensive quality of labor force,connecting industry upgrading,promoting the connection and share of campus culture and industry culture,increasing social culture,promoting social transition,and driving the development of local education. |
