| 摘 要： | 建立具有中国特色的现代职业教育体系要做好中高职协调发展。中高职协调发展的首要问题就是要做好中高职培养目标的衔接，而当前的中高职培养目标的现状迫切需要从系统的角度出发，对其重新定位。因此，要转变理念，重新整合中高等职业教育培养目标的价值取向，找准对接口；从职业能力分析入手，确定能力培养区分度；在此基础上，对职业教育培养目标进行一体化设计，分段确定中职和高职的培养目标。
