| 摘 要： | 妇乐冲剂显著减轻鸡蛋清引起的大鼠足跖肿胀程度,对链球菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌有显著抑制作用,其最小抑菌浓度分别为62.5g/L,13.12g/L,6.5g/L.妇乐冲剂延长小鼠热板法痛反应的潜伏期,减少小鼠注射醋酸后引起的扭体次数,有显著的镇痛作用.

| Abstract: | Fulechongji obviously inhibits the swelling of rat paw evoked by injection of egg white, and the growth of. streptococcus, staphylococcus aureus, E coli. Minimum inhibition concentration are 62. 5, 13. 12, 6.5 g/L respectively. Prolong the time of pain by hot plate method of mice, reduce the writhing times of mice caused by i. p acetic acid. The results show that Fulechongji had obviouse analgesic effect. |
