鼠笼式电动机绕组的重绕和节能

摘    要:鼠笼式电动机定子绕组发生故障,绕组烧损严重,需全部重新更换。定子绕组的拆除和嵌 线工艺、方法、质量和节能密切相关,拆除时要记录线圈原始数据,不能损伤定子铁心槽口。 定子绕组的形式、端部长度、截面要选择合适,绕组绕制保证质量,嵌放正确,绝缘可靠。提 高装配总质量,做好定子绕组的防潮、耐压实验。

Abstract:When the winding stator of squirrel - cage motor has broken down, and the winding is damaged seriously, all need to be replaced. It is closely related to saving energy, the winding stator demolished , inlaid quality,way and technology. While it is demolished, it is necessary to record the first - hand dates of coil, and the stator core notch can't be damaged. The stator winding form , the length of end section is required to be suitable. The winding guarantees the quality, inlay exactly and insulation reliable in order to improve the assemble quality, prevent it from being damp and do pressureproof experiment.
