| 摘 要： | 高校行政管理队伍是高校的重要组成部分,加强这支队伍的建设对于提高教育服务质量十分重要。要搞好这支队伍的建设就要分析目前存在的问题,采取有效措施,使高校行政管理队伍的整体素质得以提高,充分发挥其在高校改革和发展中应有的作用。
