高校义工制受资助学生管理模式理论与实践

摘    要:义工制受资助学生管理模式以美国服务学习理论、儒家社会互助思想、权利义务对等原则为理论依据,具备较坚实的理论基础。将义工制引入高校资助管理体系,是对义工活动育人功能的创造性发挥。对受资助学生而言,具有转变思维方式、培养综合能力、提升道德境界的实践价值,因而在高校中得以广泛实施。但是,该模式可能导致善意的强制化、功利化和形式化,在实施中应采取相应措施予以避免,以更大限度发挥该模式的管理与育人功能。

Abstract:The management mode of funded students under the volunteer system is based on the theories such as service learning theory in USA,Confucian ideas of social mutual aid,and the principle of equivalent rights and obligations,which has a solid theoretical foundation. Introducing volunteer system into college funding management system reflects its educational function. For the funded students,it has many practical values including transforming thinking mode,cultivating comprehensive abilities,and promoting the moral level,which are widely implemented in universities and colleges. However,this system may lead to the force,utilitarian and formalization of goodwill which should be avoided by taking appropriate measures so as to fully exert the managerial and educational function of the mode.
