加强社区体育文化建设 提高社区居民文化素质

社区体育文化建设主要存在着缺乏宣传,设施薄弱,经费保障不足,组织管理不到位,指导员队伍薄弱,人员配置不完善等问题,居民文化素质和身体健康素质也有待提高。针对上述问题,阐述了提高认识,加大资金投入力度和培训力度,借助学校资源促进社区体育发展等措施。

Strengthening the Construction of Community Sport Culture,and Improving the Cultural Quality of the Community Residents

At present,there exist such problems in the construction of the community sport culture as lack of publicity, weak infrastructure, insufficient funds, poor organization and management, fewer instructors, and imperfect personnel allocation. Meanwhile, the residents＂ cultural qualities and physical constitution needs improving. Aiming at these problems, the paper elaborates some measures, such as deepening the understanding, increasing the funding and training, and promoting the development of community sport with the help of school resources.
