| 摘 要： | 城镇化是世界各国工业化进程中必然经历的历史阶段。目前全世界城镇化水平已超过50%。扬州市在2012年城镇化率达到了58.8%,当地政府规划到2020年,扬州市城镇化率达到70%以上。城镇化的实质是一个以人为本的城镇化,立足扬州本地实际,构建稳定的产业基础,进而实现可持续化发展的城镇化是人们应该追求的目标。

| Abstract: | Urbanization is the inevitable historical stage in the process of industrialization for countries around the world. The current level of world urbanization exceeds 50%. The urbanization rate of Yangzhou reached58. 8% in 2012 and will have reached 70% or more by 2020 by the local government planning. The essence of urbanization is people-oriented. This paper argues that based on the local conditions in Yangzhou,it＇s the goal people should go after to build a stable industrial basis and realize the sustainable development of urbanization. |
