| 摘 要： | 中国已经进入老年社会,老年人家中厨房空间的使用频率最高,操作量最大,时间最长。根据中国老年人的人体工程学特点,提出基于老年人使用的厨房平面空间尺寸设计、活动空间尺寸设计以及厨房家具及机具的尺寸设计方案,供相关设计、装修单位参考,以提高老年人厨房使用的舒适性。

| Abstract: | China has entered the aging society. For the elderly, kitchen space is the most frequently used with heaviest operation workload and longest time. According to the ergonomic features of the elderly, this paper presents the dimension design for the elderly-oriented kitchen plane space, the active space and the design scheme for the size of the kitchen furniture and tools, which serves as a reference for related designs and decoration units, hoping to improve the comfort of the elderly using kitchen. |
