现代职业教育体系下苏北高职教育发展的思考

在构建现代职业教育体系过程中,苏北高职教育要摆脱教育资源薄弱、市场契合度低、办学理念滞后等内生困境,需以现有资源为依托,做好以下几方面工作：1、引导本科院校转型,实现应用技术型高等学校的资源整合;2、调整专业课程设置,大力培养服务行业及农村创业人才;3、转变传统教育理念,实施＂工学结合,梯次递进＂人才培养模式;4、借鉴其它地区经验,构建高职教育外延发展的良好平台。

On the Development of Higher Vocational Education in Northern Jiangsu Province under the Modern Vocational Education System

In the process of constructing the system of modem vocational education, there still exist some endogenous difficulties in higher vocational education of northern Jiangsu province, such as poor educational resources, lower market agreement and lagged idea of running school. Based on the existing resources, it＇ s a must to do well in the following： 1 ） to guide the transformation of undergraduate colleges so as to achieve the resource integration of technology-applied colleges and universities ; 2） to adjust the professional curriculum so as to vigorously cultivate talents for service industry and rural entrepreneurship; 3 ） to change the traditional philosophy of education so as to implement the personnel-training mode of work-integrated learning and hierarchical progress; 4） to use for reference the experience from other areas so as to build a good platform for extension development of higher vocational education.
