| 摘 要： | 自身的教学经验和反思是数学教师的数学能力、教学能力、教研能力和创造能力获得的最重要的途径,阅读专业书刊、和同事的交流、听课是教师在日常教学中提高其数学能力、教学能力、教研能力和创造能力的有效途径.促进数学教师能力发展,高等师范院校应尽其责;切实改进教师在职培训模式;中小学教研活动应得到名师和专家的引领;师徒结对应与时俱进;教师应勤于反思,养成反思的习惯;教师应细于留心,保持开放的心态,成为主动学习者.

| Abstract: | To explore ability acquisition channels of math teachers is the logical basis to study how to improve math teachers' ability.Based on a questionnaire survey of the channels and comparative analysis of importance of the different channels,the paper put forward some suggestions to promote the development of math teachers' abilities. |
