| 摘 要： | 十八大以来中央针对党风廉政建设出台的一系列举措对新时期高校反腐提出了新的课题.内在修养不够和体制环境不优、高校廉政建设工作的重视程度不够、教育存在盲点、审计监管机制不健全、惩治措施不到位,这些成为高校腐败多发的诱因.只有加强教育引导、完善法治制度和廉洁文化建设,建立健全符合高校特点的预防和惩治腐败体系,才能让高校公权主体不想腐、不能腐、不敢腐.

| Abstract: | Since 18th National Congress of CPC, the central committee has brought up a series of rules to build an honest and clean government, which has produced new research programs to anti--corruption in universities and colleges in the new era. The incentives for corruptions in universities and colleges have been studied in the paper. The paper proposed that only by strengthening education and guidance, completing lay system and honest culture building, setting up preventing and punishing corruption system can we better carry out anti--corruption in universities and colleges. |
