| 摘 要： | 非营利组织绩效评估是一个新兴的课题,具有模糊性的特点。模糊神经网络作为模糊理论同神经网络相结合的产物,它集成了二者的优点,弥补了彼此的不足。利用模糊神经网络对非营利组织绩效进行评估,首先建立评估指标,然后通过模糊神经网络模型的构建,对评估指标进行分析,最后得出评估结果,从而达到评估的客观性和准确性。

| Abstract: | The performance evaluation on Non-profit Organization is a new task.It is fuzzy.The Fuzzy Neural Network has the advantages and anoid the weaknesses of the fuzzy theory and the Neural network.The way to evaluate the Non-profit organization is that:firstly,building the evaluation target,building the fuzzy Neural and then to analyze the target,lastly,receiving the outcome.In sach a way,we can ensure the accurate and the objective of the evaluation. |
