关于消费需求贡献变动的深层次原因分析——以河北省为例

尽管影响消费需求贡献变动的因素很多,然而从总体与深层次的原因方面分析,收入水平的制约、边际消费倾向下降的影响、产业结构与消费结构相互脱节之情况这三方面的原因应是最为关键的。为此,有必要加大对农业产业结构的调整力度并进而切实推动农业结构的转化与升级,加快城市化进程并借此拉动农业过剩劳动力的转移,积极利用税收政策与财政转移支付手段来缓解收入分配的差距悬殊问题,进而提高整个社会分配的总体公平程度。

Though many factors can affect alteration of consumer demand,in general,three respect factors,namely,condition of income level,effect of marginal consumer tendency descend separation between industrial structure and consumer structure should be the most important.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen adjust intensity to agriculture industrial structure,promote transformation and upgrading of agriculture industrial structure,speed up course of city building,promote transformation of agriculture excess labor,raise society distribute equitable principles.
