| 摘 要： | 本文通过文献资料研究及对我国甲A、甲B男女联赛部分赛次的现场观察、分析等。结果表明 ,自由防守队员作用明显 ,接发球和防守效果优于其他队员 ,但我国与外国队比还有较大差距 ,应加强对自由防守队员的训练

| Abstract: | By means of documentation and through the on-the-spot observation and the analysis of some matches of men's & women's National Vollegeball Leasue, the present author finds the remarkable advantages of freeman who plays far better in reception of serving as well as in defence. A conclusion thus comes out that it is necessary to strengthen the training of free defender while there being a wide gap between our freemen and those abroad. |
