关于桐城民俗文化产业开发的思考

桐城是桐城派故里、黄梅戏之乡，文化底蕴深厚，大力发展文化产业已成为桐城经济发展的新“着力点”。桐城民俗文化产业开发要在充分认识桐城民俗文化产业开发的优势和劣势的基础上，坚持经济发展与文化发展统一协调、经济效益与社会效益统筹兼顾的基本原则，努力实现改善民俗文化产业开发环境，建设开放有序的民俗文化市场，形成特色鲜明的民俗文化产业的目标，通过提高认识，加强领导，立足特色，打造品牌，培养人才，建设阵地，扶持民俗文化企业等策略，推动桐城民俗文化产业持续、健康、和谐地发展，最终实现“文化大市”到“文化强市”的战略目标。

On the Development of Folk Culture Industries in Tongcheng

Tongcheng, as the hometown of Tongcheng School and Huangmei Opera, has profound cul- tural heritage, so rapid development of culture-based industry has become ~ts new focus. However, it should be based on the full understanding of its advantages and disadvantages. And it Should adhere to the basic principle of coordinated development of economy and culture, and the principle of balancing economic and social benefits. Efforts should be made to improve its development environment, con- struct an orderly and open market and establish its distinctive characteristics. Tongcheng folk culture industry should be developed sustainably, healthily and harmoniously through increasing awareness, strengthening leadership, sticking to features, building famous brands, training talents , building ba- ses, and supporting folk culture enterprises, so as to realize tl~e strategic target of building up a big and strong ＂cultural city＂.
