经济全球化背景下外资并购风险防范体系的构建

在全球化语境下，外资并购在带来先进的管理经验、技术和资金，推动我国经济发展的同时，也显现出市场垄断、对我国经济安全产生威胁、使民族品牌大量流失、削弱企业研究开发和技术革新能力等负面效应。为此，我们既要适应经济全球化的形势，又要积极构建应对外资并购风险的企业组织防范体系、法律保障体系和企业自主创新体系，趋利避害，维护国家产业安全。

Construction of the Risk Prevention System for Takeover by Foreign Investors under the Fitness to the Economic Globalization

With the development of economic globalization, the foreign investments, on one hand, impulse China＇s economy; but on the other hand,it brings the monopoly,the threat to the security of China＇s economy, the great loss of national brands, the weakening of R＆D and technological innovation ability in Chinese companies and other negative effects. Therefore, it is urgent to compose the flagship corporation groups and the strategic alliances of industries, establish the anti - risk legal system for takeovers by foreign investors and reinforce the ability of independent innovation, so to guarantee the security of China＇s economy.
