| 摘 要： | 由治党及治国的理论，是“三个代表”重要思想的显著特点。这一特点，是中国特色社会主义理论创新和实践发展的逻辑必然，体现了中国共产党人理论创新的卓越智慧。认识这一特点，对于深刻认识“三个代表”重要思想的与时俱进性、全面把握和贯彻“三个代表”重要思想，具有重要的意义。
