新形势下"两课"教育有效性的队伍保证探要

高校“两课”教育的有效性不仅需要相应的政策保证、体制保证、课程保证,而且需要相应的师资队伍保证。目前,我国高校“两课”教育师资队伍的主流是好的或比较好的,但也存在着亟待解决的数量不足、素质欠缺等问题：高校应充分认识“两课”教育本质、功能的特殊性,端正指导思想,把社会效益放在第一位,站在贯彻“三个代表”要求的高度,采取切实可行的措施．加强师资队伍建设．为“两课”教育的有效性提供可靠的队伍保证。
