摘    要:五年制高职教育的难点是学生的教育管理工作,其原因在于五年制高职学生中学困生占有较大比例。实现对五年制高职学困生的思想转化,就要从六个方面做好思想教育工作,用档案记录的方法使学困生的言行明确化,并有选择、有策略地与家长沟通教育思想,形成思想教育转化的合力。

Analysis on the Poor Students' Characteristics and Ideological Transformation Method in the Five-year System of the Higher Vocational Education
Abstract:The difficulty about five-year system of the higher vocational education is the educational work and management. The reason was that the poor students occupied larger in proportion in five-year system of the higher vocational students. There were six aspects to do better about ideological educational work, to realize the poor students' ideological transformation in the five-year system of the higher vocational students. It came into being the resultant force in the ideological education transformation from the method of flies record about the poor students' words and deeds of studying, and used the selective and tactical communication with their parents of educational thoughts.
