| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料调研、调查等方法,对太湖区域农民体育健身工程实施状况进行分析,调查表明,由政府服务、管理协调、组织活动、宣传引导、保障支持、评估激励等6大内涵系统构成的运行机制及其建设策略,是提高"农民体育健身工程"实施效果的组织程序和根本保证,适应当前新农村建设中农村体育事业发展的需要,并呈现出发展规划和谐化、政府服务主导化、组织管理系统化、经费支持制度化、评估标准明确化等特征.构建与完善运行机制,既势在必行又迫在眉睫.
