兴国红鲤同工酶的研究

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳,分析了兴国红鲤的心、肝、肾、晶状体、脑和肌肉六种新鲜组织中的苹果酸酶(ME)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和α-淀粉酶(α-AMY)四种同工酶系统的酶带及其肌肉蛋白带。结果表明,不同组织中四种同工酶谱带是不相同的,存在着明显的组织特异性。肌肉蛋白分析显示雌雄鱼体中蛋白带无显著区别。

Abstract:The isozymic patterns of four isozymic systems in six tissues (heart, liver, kidney, lens, brain and muscle)and the muscle protein of the fish were determined by vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The result indicates that the isozymic patterns of four isozymic systems have distinct tissue-specific expression in the differental tissues. The muscle protein of fish which was analyzed shows that the protein patterns of male has no difference from that of the female.
