| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会在本质上是一个中国特色的社会主义市民社会;奠基于市民社会基础之上的契约伦理精神无疑构成了社会主义和谐社会的基本伦理精神;制度正义则事实上构成了社会主义和谐社会契约伦理精神的集中体现;而社会主义和谐社会中契约伦理精神的实践转向则有赖于制度创新的顺利推进。

| Abstract: | In essence,the Socialist harmonious society is the citizens' society with Chinese characteristics.The citizen-based contract is the basic theory of socialist harmonious society and the system justice in fact constitutes the central manifestation of that spirit.The practice of social contract transformation depends on the advancement of system innovation. |
