职业院校教师实践能力提升的困境及对策

摘    要:高等职业教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,在我国产业结构的调整中发挥着重要作用。具备较强的实践能力是对职业院校教师的特殊要求。但目前职业院校由于存在用人机制僵化、教师在职培训实践性不足、下企业困难重重等问题,阻碍了教师实践能力的提升。要切实改变这一现状,就应该改革学校用人思维,通过与企业开展横向合作,引入项目实训,同时完善教师职称评价体系以及高职院校人才培养水平评估体系。

Abstract:Higher vocational education is an essential part in higher education system, and plays a vital role in economic restructuring. Practical abilities are particularly important for vocational college teachers. However, the cultivating and upgrading of practical abilities have been greatly deterred by many problems existing in vocational colleges, namely rigid employment system, lack of practicality in on-job training and difficulties in enterprise practices. To change the current situation, reforms in the following aspects should be taken: employment system, project practice, professional title evaluation system and quality evaluation system.
