| Abstract: | Personnel training mode of accounting major in higher vocational colleges must break the tradi. tional teaching system which focus on the accounting theory and takes practice teaching as adjunct. The mode should be based on the local economy, applying career planning to innovate new ideas. Also, the mode should be given enforcement guarantee through the textbooks, teacher training and practice base. |
