| 摘 要： | 世贸组织的宗旨确认并支持缔约国消费的发展。中国加入世贸组织，将在长期和整体上丰富国内消费关系，入世承诺的实施将会使消费发展受到短期和局部的制约。应进行有效的引导和调控，实现开放经济条件下国内消费经济的良性循环。

| Abstract: | The aim of WTO confirms and supports the development of the consumption in the contracting parties.If China accedes to WTO,the domestic consuming relation will be enriched as a whole for a long time.If the promise making for acceding to WTO is put into effect,the consuming development will also be partly restricted in a short time.It is necessary to have an effective guiding,adjusting and controlling in order to realize the good circle of the domestic consuming economy under the open economy. |
