Abstract:Prevent damage to the teaching of movement is an important part of that exercise must be to prevent damage,to ensure that the sports enthusiasts mental health,teaching and training of the normal.health education is the most important factor in preventing movement,a student’s ability to protect itself an important aspect According to the relevant information indicates that :Rarely health education is an important place in the study and research in this experiment the main purpose of the students a lecture once a week of the regular health education to teach them some basic sports training and health knowledge and the damage is initiated after the contingency measures can be sharply reduced movement appeared,at the same time,the damage after timely treatment for damage to the recovery.Make students learn some medical knowledge and skills,through the protection of the intervention and for that reason,sports injuries,the time and the sports events,etc.The results showed that :Of movement in the lower the incidence of injury,and the existence of marked differences(p < 0.05) and evaluation of health education about prevention campaign for the prevention of damage effect.the student movement damage to health education provides the basis of practice.
