| 摘 要： | 通过对报废设备工作管理规章和工作环节的分析,指出其存在的问题,即报废标准不细化,执行过程不灵活和处置环节简单化等。分析了这些问题产生的原因和存在的危害,提出了改进的建议。

| Abstract: | The problems are pointed out through the analysis of management regulations and work link,namely the discarding standards are not detailed,the implementation process is not flexible and the disposal is simple and so on.The causes and endangers were analyzed,and some suggestions for improvement were proposed. |
