| 摘 要： | 现代远程开放教育服务文化是现代远程开放教育研究的重要课题之一。开展现代远程开放教育服务文化研究，既是远程教育实践发展的需要，也是我国建设学习型社会的需要。本文就现代远程开放教育服务文化的内涵特征做出了初步的界定，并指出了研究现代远程开放教育服务文化的价值和意义。

| Abstract: | Service culture is one of the most important topics in the research of distance and open education.This research not only servers as the prerequisite for development of distance education in practice,but also the necessity for construction of learning society.This paper makes an initiative effort in defining the intrinsic features of modern distance education's service culture and it also discusses its value and significance. |
