| 摘 要： | 我国的高等教育成本分担中存在着成本归集和核算的假设错误、成本分担制度执行和落实出现偏差等问题。必须认真研究现有的政策,采取总体成本分担比例基本不变,增强学校收费的自主权,对不同地区、不同层次、不同专业的成本分担进行分类控制等改革措施,才能保证教育公平在我国的实现。
