论考试作弊与考试立法

高考为国家各行各业选拔培养了大量人才,为现代化建设发挥了巨大作用,作出了举世瞩目的贡献。但是随着社会的发展,高考在作出积极贡献取得巨大成就的同时,高考过程中存在的弊端譬如考试作弊的问题也越来越突出。为此,考试立法就显得更为必要和迫切。

On Cheating and Examination Legislation

Through decades,by selecting and training a large number of talents for the modernization construction,the national college entrance examination in China has made great contributions to the coun- try.However,during the development of the society,when it has been playing a positive role in the course, the drawbacks of the national college entrance examination are becoming acute.To solve the problems ef- fectively,it is both necessary and urgent for the country to conduct the examination legislation work now.
