我国OEM企业如何发展可持续核心竞争力

摘    要:随着全球经济一体化的快速发展,我国已成为世界OEM生产基地。我国的OEM企业在蓬勃兴起的过程中也面临着利润低、缺少核心技术和自有品牌等问题,以低成本为核心竞争力的发展模式遇到了进一步发展的瓶颈。文章在分析了我国OEM企业发展现状后。着重探讨了我国OEM企业如何在发展OEM的过程中构建和发展可持续发展的核心竞争力的对策。

Abstract:Along with the rapid development of global economic integration, our country has become one of the leading OEM production bases around the world. In the process, however, some problems such as low profit, lack of core technology and self-own brand have emerged, the developing model of low cost as core competence has been challenged by its further development. The article has analyzed the present situation in course of OEM development, and then emphatically discusses the countermeasures which help the the OEM companys to eslablish their sustainable development core competence.
