山西高红文化具有独立命名的必要性

众所周知,20世纪30年代以来,在陕北、晋西北的黄河沿岸地区相继出土了数量较多的青铜器。被评为2006年度全国十大考古新发现的山西柳林高红遗址为这些青铜器找到了归属。但是,由于李家崖文化发现早,学术界习惯上把高红遗址归属于李家崖文化。近年来,随着我们对高红遗址的深入研究发现,高红文化与李家崖文化有着天壤之别,实属两种文化。所以,高红文化具有独立命名的必要性,不能把山西高红文化与陕西李家崖文化混为一谈。
