甘肃电大开放教育学习支持服务情况调查分析

目的:了解我省远程开放教育学习支持服务的状况,找出不足并提出建议。方法:查阅相关资料并进行专题调研,分析资料,归纳总结。结果:电大各分校的学习支持服务在总体上是值得肯定的,然而要达到对远程学习者全方位服务的目标,为学习者提供一个高效、完善的学习支持服务系统尚需努力。结论:根据目前电大系统的学习支持服务状况,我们需要强化学习支持服务的观念、进一步发挥和提高辅导教师的作用和素质、增加硬件设备、情感服务支持等方面的支持服务。

Study on Learning Supporting Service of Distance Education in Gansu Prouince

Objective: know the study supporting service of distance education in Gansu province,and find out the deficiency and give advice.Mathord: looking up the related materials,carry out special investigation,and analyze the materials.Result:study supporting service is worthy of affirmation.while if we want attainthe aim of aii inclusive service for the distant learner,we have a lot of deficiencies.Conclusion: we should sthregth the quality,harware equipment,emotion service.
