| 摘 要： | 学生公寓是学生学习和生活的重要场所,也是开展思想政治工作和素质培养的重要阵地。以满足学生的需求为出发点,规划、设计、建设学生公寓,才能充分发挥学生公寓的功能和作用。建立＂链条式＂管理体系,树立以人为本的管理,实施刚柔并济的管理方法,这是提高学生公寓管理效果的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Students＇ apartment is not only an important place for their study and living,but also a significant front for ideological and political work and education for all-around development.By taking students＇ needs as a starting point,to plan,design and construct the students＇ apartment can give full play to its functional role.To establish ＂chain＂ management system,to form t ＂human-oriented＂ and a combination of inflexibility and yielding management are an important method to improve efficiency of students＇ apartment management. |
