摘    要:随着一大批"80后"青年辅导员的加入,高校辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育的主力军,"80后"已成为主体。"80后"辅导员有其独特的思想行为特点以及这些特点与生俱来的优势与不足。"80后"辅导员的加入给高校辅导员队伍职业化建设带来了新的机遇与挑战,在优势与不足、机遇与挑战面前提高"80后"辅导员职业素养也成为必然。

Abstract:Along with the joining of a lot of instructors in Generation after 80s,the generation after 80s have already become the main body in the troop of ideological and political education work to the university student.With the instructors' characteristic of beharioval level,and the inherent predominance and deficiency,how many opportunities and challenges have been brought to the professionalism of the instructors in the colleges and universities,all of the question are analysed in this test.Moreover,the test comes up with the new requirements about professional accomplishment of the instructors in the generation after 80s in the present of predominance and deficiency,opportunity and challenge.
