人炎性阑尾肌层神经肽VIP、SP的研究

摘    要:目的:用免疫组织化学PAP法观察33例人阑尾肌层血管活性肠肽(VIP)样免疫反应(-IR)神经及P物质(SP)-IR神经。方法:阑尾炎组25例(单纯组7例,慢性组6例,化脓组7例,坏疽组5例);对照组8例。结果:各组阑尾肌层中均有VIP-IR、SP-IR神经分布,环肌层较多。炎症时VIP-IR、SP-IR神经丛及神经细胞数密度减少,各阑尾炎组SP-IR神经丛数密度与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05,P<0.01),坏疽组VIP-IR神经丛、SP-IR神经细胞数密度与对照组相比差别显著(P<0.05)。结论:阑尾肌层VIP-IR、SP-IR神经参与了阑尾炎的神经调理。

Abstract:Vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) and substance P(SP) - containing nerves in muscle layer of human appendixes were examinedby immunohistochemistry. 25 appendicitis specimens were divided into acute simple,chronic, suppurative and gangrenous groups, normal controls was 8. Results: VIP and SP-immunoreactive (IR) nerves distributed in muscle layer of everygroup, especially in circular muscle. Mumerical densities of SP-IR plexus in every appendicitis group were all significantly fewer than control group(P<0.05,P<0.01), numerical densities of VIP - IR plexus , SP - IR nerve cellsin gangrenous groupwere also fewer than control group (P<0.05). It is suggested that VIP-IR and SP-IRnerves in appendiceal muscle layer might berelevant tothe pathophysiology of appendicitis.
