| 摘 要： | 甘南藏族自治州是多民族聚居地区之一,由于种种主客观原因,美术教育发展缓慢,跟不上时代的需要。随着时代与社会的发展,人们对美术教育的功能与目的的认识也日益深化,发挥美术的功能作用,才能促进学生素质的全面发展,才能促进民族地区教育发展,提高民族地区学生的综合素质。

| Abstract: | As one of the poly-nationaities inhabiting regions,the Tibetan autonomous prefecture of Gannan in Gansu province has such a kind of arts teaching that develops slowly and cannot keep abreast of the era's needs due to all kinds of reasons.As the development of the era and the society,has gained a deeper understanding by people in its function and purpose.To give the functional role of arts education is important for improving the integrated qualities of the students in the minority ethnic regions. |
