| 摘 要： | 父亲与母亲对孩子的影响与作用是不同的,父亲对孩子各方面的发展有着重要的影响力,父亲角色在幼儿的成长中具有他人不可替代的重要的作用。通过不同阶段的"父亲行动",可以有效利用父亲资源,更好地促进幼儿的全面发展。
