新培训制度下幼儿教师专业发展培训目标体系的构建

摘    要:以自主选择、开发竞争、项目管理为主要特点的新培训制度实施有力地推动了幼儿教师培训工作,但一些问题也日益凸显。构建适合幼儿教师专业发展要求的培训目标体系,关系到幼儿教师培训全局的战略问题,对有效促进幼儿教师的专业发展具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:As the new training system,which is based on independent selection,open competition and project management has effectively promoted the preschool teachers' training, some problems are also increasingly prominent. To construct the training target system to meet the needs of preschool teachers' professional development is a strategic problem related to the preschool teacher training situation. And it is also extremely important to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers effectively.
