摘    要:人才培训是成功执行职业制度必备的条件之一,是扩展经验和成果的重要途径。因此,高校图书馆也应建立这一模式。通过此方法来激发馆员的潜能,提高其服务质量与水平,促进工作积极性,以达到最佳服务效果。

Abstract:The training is one of the essential conditions that the professional system is carried out and is an important way to expand the experience and the achievement.Therefore,the university library should also establish this system to stimulate librarian's potential and improve its quality of service,and promote the passion for work.In this way we can achieve the best effect of service.
