| Abstract: | This paper discusses problems which exist in the cataloguing works of small and mediun-sized libraries,analyzes factors that influence the quality of catalog,proposes the specific measures to consummate the cataloguing works from various aespects such as cataloger's level of competence,utilization of external data,formulation of detailed regulations for catalog,establishment of mechanisms for restrictions,prudent adoption of cataloguing outsourcing. |
