摘    要:针对蛋白质复性这一基因工程蛋白质生产过程中的难点问题,着重介绍了一些蛋白质分离技术如超滤、反胶团萃取和凝胶萃取等在蛋白质复性及分离方面的集成化应用,并逐一分析了各自的作用机理及应用过程中所涉及到的一些共性及不同点,希望能够借鉴于相对成熟的蛋白质分离技术,促进蛋白质复性技术的进一步发展。

Abstract:To resolve the problems encountered in the protein refolding, separation methods i.e. ultrafiltration, reverse micelle and gel extraction were introduced. Their applications in the process of protein separation and refolding were involved and the mechanism of each process was elucidated. Novel techniques of protein refolding may be expected to emerge with the inspiration of the relatively mature protein separation process.
