失地农民的再社会化——突破自身障碍

失地农民是一个国家或地区在城市化进程中必然出现的一部分群体，其产生是城市化进程的正常现象。失地农民之前的生活方式、生活环境、经验、价值规范都发生了改变，因此需要再社会化以融入新的环境。就失地农民而言，这个再社会化的目标就是在失去了原本赖以生存的土地的同时，还要放弃以往的生产、生活方式，再重新习得新的与以往完全不同的生产技能、生活技能，去适应工业文明，从而与城市实现共同发展。

In the process of urbanization, land - lost peasants would normally and inevitably appear in a country or an area. As their living styles, environments, experiences and criteria of value have been changed, resocialization is needed for them to suit the new environments. They have lost the land originally they depended on for survival, so they must give up their original productive and living styles and learn to grasp brand- new pro- ductive and living skills to meet the needs of industrial civilization and the development of the cities.
